Packages List: Label and Filter

Labels and filters make it easy to locate a previously tagged delivery. Once a delivery has been labeled senders may create label filters using any of the All, Active, Draft, Expired, and Scheduled headings to simplify a query and locate the labeled delivery.

To Label a delivery from the labels column in the StudioCDN packages list*

-Click the star label
-Select desired label color and your selection will be automatically saved
*Labels may also be selected using the star label option in either the StudioCDN Standard or Advanced editor of any Draft Delivery.

To create a filter to locate a labeled delivery, from the StudioCDN packages list**

-Click the Filter By option
-Select the desired color label to filter by
**Labels can be further filtered by selecting any one of the All, Active, Draft, Expired, or Scheduled package list headings to further simplify your query.

 

View Activity: Export Activity

Export Activity: StudioCDN provides senders with the ability to Export Activity of all recipients having accessed the delivery in to a .CSV file report directly from the Delivery Details page.

Preferences: Advanced Editor

Activating the Advanced Editor as Default in Preferences:  The StudioCDN Advanced Editor enables senders to arrange and design media rich email deliveries with ease using drag and drop customizable content blocks.

By default new accounts created on the StudioCDN system are set to the Standard Editor requiring sender’s to activate the Advanced Editor in the user preferences section of StudioCDN.

To activate the StudioCDN advanced Editor from anywhere inside of StudioCDN…

  • Click the user preferences Icon [Preferences Quick Link]
  • Locate and Tick the Advanced Editor Option
  • Click Save and Close
  • Click New Package

Design: Accessing the Advanced Editor from the Package Editor

Accessing the Standard and Advanced Email Editors in the Package Editor: Thanks to a recent update we have added the ability to change between the StudioCDN Advanced and Standard Editors directly from the StudioCDN Package Editor.

How-To: List Feature Quick Start Guide [Import CSV and Send to List]

StudioCDN List Feature Quick Start Guide:

1.) Navigate to the Lists tab

 


2.) Give your List a Name

 


3.) Click the Import CSV List Button and Choose an Existing .CSV List
[ Download a .CSV Template]

 


4.) Click New Package or Select an Existing Draft

 


5.) Click the Browse Button and Select a List

 


6.) Click the Send Button Once Package is Complete

Rename an Active List: To rename an existing, active list.

From the Add / Edit List page…

-Tick the, “Edit List,” Radio Button
-Select a Single List from the Contacts Lists Field
-Enter a New Name in the List Name Field
-Click the Save List Button*

*Please Note: You may need to refresh the page to see the list name changes in the list chooser.

The new StudioCDN email list feature allows senders to create, upload, store, edit, and send to email distribution lists of unlimited size directly from StudioCDN. Start by creating an empty list and add contacts manually, or import and edit existing CSV distribution lists used with previous versions of StudioCDN or form your address book.

Creating a List and Importing from CSV:  StudioCDN allows senders to create, import, store, and send to lists of contacts directly from the web-application.

To create and import contacts from an existing list navigate to the Lists tab.

From the Add / Edit List page

-Give your List a Name*
-Click the, “Import CSV List,” button and locate your list on your local drive
-Click, “Choose,” to import your existing CSV list

*Please Note: List name field accepts alpha numeric and space input only.
